Overview

We are seeking an Operations Associate who is highly motivated and willing to be tasked with working cross-functionally across departments to drive project management and execute various administrative tasks.

The Operations Specialist role will focus on supporting the Director of Operations in driving project management, evaluating and improving company processes, and bridging the gap between IT and engineering with the business needs of the company. This role requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, organization, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and most importantly, adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering and continuously improving company and project management processes
  • Conducting research and providing reports for various departments
  • Coordinate with different departments for optimal work production across the board
  • Provide support to Service Delivery, Client Services, and IT departments
  • Assist Director of Operations with organizing efficient communication processes and rhythms across departments
  • Become an expert with Karis’ products and services
  • Work across a cross-functional team coordinating with Sales, Development, Support, and Product functions
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and support multiple departments at once

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent related field
  • 1-2 years of proven independent role responsibilities working with Director level personnel
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects with specific track records of previous success
  • Experience with G-Suite products
  • General understanding of Jira, Salesforce, and Hubspot is a plus
