Patient Advocacy or Bill Mediation pricing varies based on the out-of-pocket or patient responsibility bill dollar threshold at which your members or employees become eligible for our services.  The dollar threshold acts as a trigger for our services, throttling volume and thereby determining pricing.  To make the dollar threshold easy for your members or employees to understand and for clients to administer, we usually combine all bills from a single related medical incident to calculate the dollar threshold and determine eligibility.  If the out-of-pocket or patient responsibility portion of a member's or employee's bills exceed the dollar threshold, our services are triggered and we work on all the bills related to the medical incident regardless of how small or large the bills or how numerous the providers.

Our clients typically chose dollar thresholds ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, but we welcome the opportunity to tailor a dollar threshold or trigger for our services that meets your needs.  Whether your organization has a few hundred or a few hundred thousand members, our pricing schedule scales seamlessly with large or growing organizations.
