Patient Advocacy pricing varies based on the bill dollar threshold at which bills become eligible for the service. The dollar threshold acts as a trigger for our services, controlling volume and thereby determining pricing. To make the dollar threshold easy for members to understand and for clients to administer, we usually combine all bills from a single related medical incident to calculate the dollar threshold and determine eligibility. If a member's bills collectively exceed the dollar threshold, we provide Patient Advocacy for all the bills related to the medical incident regardless of how small or large the bills or how numerous the providers.
Our clients typically chose dollar thresholds ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, but we welcome the opportunity to customize a dollar threshold or trigger for our services that meets your needs.
