Negotiation/Mediation

If a patient has some financial resources available or efforts to find financial assistance are unfruitful, Karis will work to negotiate a settlement or payment plan with providers that is acceptable to both parties.  Karis' highly trained and experienced staff understand the delicate balance necessary for these negotiations. We believe that providers are entitled to fair payment for services rendered. We also believe that providers should consider the reality of a member's financial resources.  Working with clients, members and providers nationwide, Karis is careful to maintain respectful relationships with providers while still strongly advocating on each member's behalf.
