- Brief summary of plans offered that include PBM access
- Number of members on each plan
- List of the twenty most used prescriptions and the price you are currently paying per script
- GEO report of members by zip code in comma or tab delimited format
Once we receive this information, we can obtain competitive quotes in approximately 15 working days.
